Chiqarilayotganda is an Uzbek grammatical form used to introduce a temporal clause meaning “while it is being released” or “at the time of release.” It is a participial construction built from the verb chiqarmoq/chiqarilmoq (to release, to publish) in the present passive stem, combined with the temporal suffix -ganda, which marks a time clause meaning “when” or “while.” The whole clause typically appears before or after the main clause and indicates that the action of the dependent clause occurs concurrently with, or provides background for, the main event.
