Bijektiivisiin is a Finnish term that translates to "bijective" in English. In mathematics, a function is bijective if it is both injective and surjective. A surjective function, also known as an onto function, is one where every element in the codomain is mapped to by at least one element in the domain. The existence of a bijective function between two sets implies that the sets have the same cardinality, meaning they have the same "number" of elements.
