Akriilstüreenbutadieen is a type of synthetic rubber, also known as acrylonitrile butadiene rubber or NBR. It is a copolymer produced by the polymerization of acrylonitrile and butadiene monomers. Generally, a higher acrylonitrile content leads to improved resistance to oils, fuels, and solvents, as well as better tensile strength and abrasion resistance.
