Employee representatives have the right to express their views and propose alternatives. The law aims to foster a cooperative atmosphere, preventing conflicts and ensuring that employees are aware of and can influence decisions affecting their work and employment. It seeks to balance the employer's right to manage the business with the employees' right to be informed and participate.
