Yhteistekijä
Yhteistekijä is a Finnish word that translates to "common factor" or "common divisor" in English. In mathematics, a common factor is a number that divides two or more integers without leaving a remainder. For example, the numbers 2, 3, and 6 are common factors of 12 and 18 because 12 divided by each of these numbers results in an integer, and 18 divided by each of these numbers also results in an integer.
The concept of yhteistekijä is fundamental in number theory and plays a role in various mathematical operations.
The greatest common factor, or suurin yhteistekijä (SYT), is the largest among these common factors. Finding
