Végrehajthatóságától is a Hungarian term that translates to "enforceability" or "executability" in English. It refers to the legal quality or characteristic of a right, obligation, decision, or contract that allows it to be compelled by state power, typically through judicial or administrative means. Essentially, it is the capacity for a legal provision or agreement to be put into practice and have effect, even against the will of a party.

The concept of enforceability is fundamental to the functioning of any legal system. It ensures that legal pronouncements are not mere suggestions but carry the weight of authority.
