Valimisel

Valimisel iseenesest on Estonian term that denotes the act of choosing or voting and the situational context in which that act takes place. It expresses time or situation, similar to phrases like “while voting” or “in the course of choosing.” It is common in formal language and official texts, including political or organizational writing, to describe procedures, roles, or requirements related to elections and selection processes.

Usage and meaning are largely neutral and context-dependent. In political discourse valimisel highlights the voting phase, for example in describing procedures, timelines, or safeguards. In organizational settings it can refer to internal selection processes, such as committees or boards where decisions are made by vote.
