Vadesinde

Vadesinde is a Turkish term used in finance and law to denote that an obligation—usually a payment—must be fulfilled on its due date. The term translates roughly as “at the due date” or “on maturity.” It is used in contracts, invoices, promissory notes, and other financial instruments to specify when payments are to be made.

In practice, stating that an amount is payable vadesinde means it should be settled by the date stated in the agreement. If the payment is not made on time, the contract may provide for late charges, interest, or penalties, and some arrangements include acceleration or default clauses triggered by failure to pay vadesinde.
