USLB2

USLB2, also known as the Uniform System of Land Boundary Records, is an American documentation system. Developed in 1958, it was established to create a uniform standard for land records and boundary descriptions. The system aims to provide clear and concise representations of land parcels and their associated data.

Under the USLB2 system, each land parcel is assigned a unique identifier, which includes information about its location, boundaries, and dimensions. The system uses a grid-based framework to divide land into smaller sections, known as " ::=minutes-of-lat`." This results in a precise and consistent method for recording and mapping land boundaries. The USLB2 system also includes specific terminology and definitions for use in land records, allowing for standardization across different jurisdictions.
