Tusl1
Tusl1, also known as TSLP receptor-like protein 1, is a protein encoded by the TUSL1 gene. This gene is located on human chromosome 19. TUSL1 is a transmembrane protein that belongs to the TSLP receptor family. It is thought to play a role in immune system regulation and cell signaling. Research suggests that TUSL1 interacts with other proteins involved in inflammatory pathways. Its expression has been detected in various tissues, including immune cells and epithelial cells. The specific functions of TUSL1 are still under investigation, but it is believed to be involved in the development and function of certain immune cell populations. Alterations in TUSL1 expression or function have been implicated in certain inflammatory and autoimmune conditions, although more research is needed to fully understand these associations.
