Turunäitajad, known in English as blood parameters or blood indices, are a set of measurements used in medical diagnostics to assess the state of a person’s blood and overall health. These parameters help healthcare professionals identify various conditions, such as infections, anemia, inflammation, and other hematological disorders.

Common turunäitajad include measurements such as hemoglobin level, hematocrit, red blood cell count (RBC), white blood cell count (WBC), platelet count, mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC).
