Toyotarou is a Japanese manga artist. He is best known for his work on the Dragon Ball Super manga. Before gaining recognition for Dragon Ball Super, Toyotarou worked under the pen name "Toyble" and produced fan-made manga based on the Dragon Ball franchise, notably Dragon Ball AF. His fan works gained a significant following online, leading to opportunities within the professional manga industry.

In 2015, Shueisha, the publisher of Weekly Shonen Jump, announced that Toyotarou would be the artist for the Dragon Ball Super manga, with story supervision by Akira Toriyama. This marked his official debut as a professional manga artist.
