Teleófase
Teleófase is the final stage of mitosis and meiosis, the processes of cell division. In mitosis, after the chromosomes have separated and moved to opposite poles of the cell, teleófase begins. During this phase, two new nuclear envelopes form around the two sets of chromosomes, effectively creating two new nuclei. The chromosomes also begin to decondense, returning to their less tightly packed state. Concurrently with teleófase, cytokinesis, the division of the cytoplasm, usually occurs, resulting in two distinct daughter cells.
