Tehén
Tehén is the Hungarian word for cow. Cows are domesticated bovine animals, typically female, that are kept for their milk and meat. They are members of the Bovidae family and are widely raised in agricultural settings around the world. Cows are herbivores, meaning their diet consists mainly of grass and other plant matter. They play a significant role in human society, providing essential food products and, historically, serving as beasts of burden. The raising of cows is known as cattle ranching or dairy farming, depending on the primary purpose. The term "tehén" specifically refers to the adult female, while young ones are called borjú (calf).
