Tavoitearvoissa

Tavoitearvoissa is the inessive plural form of tavoitearvo, a Finnish term meaning a target value or goal value. In planning and evaluation, tavoitearvo refers to a value that an individual or organization aims to achieve, such as a budgeted figure, a performance indicator, or a quality level. The plural form tavoitearvot is used when several target values are involved, and tavoitearvoissa specifically denotes “within the target values” or “in the target values.”

The concept is widely used in business, public administration, and project management to set benchmarks for performance measurement, budgeting, forecasting, and quality control.
