Tallmenare is a small municipality located in the eastern part of the Valdoeaster region of the Republic of Loria. It lies approximately 12 kilometres north of the provincial capital, Ambrus, and occupies an area of 18.4 square kilometres. The town sits at an elevation of 245 metres above sea level and is bordered by the river Lira to the west and the outskirts of the Ispore Gorges to the east.
