Rahastuslaadides refers to a financial concept in Estonia and other countries where Estonian tax residents are considered tax-exempt on certain foreign-earned income if it is credited into an Estonian-registered bank account. This concept is based on the principles of tax law that allow tax-exempt income to be claimed only if it is effectively used in Estonia, meaning it must be deposited into an Estonian bank account.

To qualify for this tax-exempt status, the income must be earned by a tax resident of Estonia and meet specific requirements, such as not being the result of Estonian business or services rendered within Estonia. If the income is generated by Estonian companies or entrepreneurs operating abroad, this provision allows them to bring in the income tax-free.

Rahastuslaadides implies that the income is sent to an Estonian bank account in a way that tracks terrorist financing, money laundering, and other illicit financial activities. Banks are required to report suspicious transactions and income flows. Estonia's Bank Identification Code, given by the bank to identify itself, allows banks to receive information about clients' tax status and prevent unapproved transactions.

Although this financial development is a result of EU and international regulations, critics have argued that Estonia should increase tax compliance and admit submission of taxed foreign earnings even after crediting them into an Estonian bank account.
