Quimiotácticos

Quimiotácticos refers to substances that attract or repel cells through a process called chemotaxis. Chemotaxis is the directed movement of cells in response to a chemical gradient. Cells can move towards a higher concentration of an attractant or away from a higher concentration of a repellent. This phenomenon is fundamental to many biological processes.

In the immune system, quimiotácticos play a crucial role in attracting immune cells to sites of infection or inflammation.
