Puok

Puok is a village located in the Puok payam in Tonj East County, Warrap State, South Sudan. The village covers an area of approximately 35 square kilometers and has a population of around 10,000 inhabitants. Puok is known for being one of the major farming centers in the region, with the main crop being sorghum.

The village is situated at an elevation of 400 meters above sea level, with a climate characterized by a long wet season from May to October and a dry season from November to April. The region's rainfall is influenced by its proximity to the Nile River, which is approximately 50 kilometers away.
