Propagasjonen is the Norwegian term for the process by which a phenomenon, such as a virus, signal, or idea, spreads over time or space. In epidemiology it refers to the spread of an infectious disease. Transmission can occur through direct contact, airborne droplets, vectors such as mosquitoes, or contaminated environments.
