Postzigóticos

Postzigóticos refers to events or conditions that occur after the formation of a zygote. A zygote is the initial cell formed when two gametes (such as sperm and egg) fuse during fertilization. These mechanisms can manifest in several ways, such as zygote mortality, where the zygote is inviable; hybrid inviability, where the hybrid embryo or fetus fails to develop properly; or hybrid sterility, where the hybrid offspring survives but is unable to reproduce.
