Persector

Persector is a term used to describe metrics, analyses, or allocations performed on a per-sector basis within a defined domain. It functions as a descriptive label for breaking data or resources into discrete sectors or categories and evaluating them individually rather than in aggregate. While not a formally standardized concept across all fields, persector analyses appear in economics, information technology, urban planning, and environmental studies as a practical approach to comparison and resource allocation.

In economics and business analytics, persector metrics are used to assess performance by sector, such as revenue, costs, profitability, or emissions for each industry or market segment.
