PeertoNetwork

Peertonetwork is a decentralized peer-to-peer network protocol for distributed data storage, compute, and communication among participating devices. It aims to avoid single points of failure and give users control over their data while enabling scalable collaboration.

The architecture defines storage, relay, and edge-compute nodes. Discovery uses gossip; resource lookup relies on a distributed hash table. Data objects are addressed by content hashes, enabling integrity checks and deduplication. Communications employ end-to-end encryption and signed credentials.
