Nassauftragung
Nassauftragung is a legal concept in German civil law that refers to the transfer of a right to a third party by the original recipient of the right. This concept is particularly relevant in the context of contracts and property law. When a person (the original recipient) receives a right from another person (the original grantor) and subsequently transfers that right to a third party, the original recipient is said to have "nassauftragt" the right. This means that the original recipient has not only received the right but also the obligation to transfer it to the third party. The third party, therefore, acquires the right directly from the original recipient, not from the original grantor. Nassauftragung is important because it affects the chain of title and the rights and obligations of the parties involved. It is a key concept in understanding the transfer of rights in legal and contractual relationships.
