NHSesterpyridyldisulfide refers to a class of heterobifunctional crosslinkers that combine an N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester with a 2-pyridyldisulfide moiety. The best-known member of this class is N-succinimidyl 3-(2-pyridyldithio)propionate (SPDP).
