Mælken
Mælken is a small, uninhabited island located in the Øresund strait, between Denmark and Sweden. Administratively, it belongs to Denmark. The island is situated just south of the larger Danish island of Saltholm and is part of the Øresund Nature Park. Mælken is characterized by its low-lying terrain and is primarily composed of sand and gravel. Its ecological significance lies in its role as a resting and breeding ground for various bird species.
The island's name, Mælken, translates to "The Milk" in Danish, a name possibly derived from its appearance
