Melegvizet

Melegvizet is a type of modular sewage treatment plant developed in Hungary. It has been in use since the 1980s and is designed for small communities and settlements. The Melegvizet system uses a combination of mechanical and biological processes to treat wastewater.

The plant can be scaled up or down depending on the size of the community it serves, ranging from a few dozen to several hundred households. Its modular design makes it easy to expand or modify as needed. The system uses a hot gas or pneumatic aeration system to promote beneficial bacteria growth.

Melegvizet treatment plants can treat a wide range of wastewater, including household sewage, greywater, and stormwater runoff. The treated wastewater can then be reused for irrigation and other non-potable applications.
