Mathieu Rieussec is a French professional ice hockey player. He was born on April 29, 1995. Rieussec plays as a forward. He has represented France internationally at various junior and senior levels.

Rieussec began his career in the French youth system before moving to North America to play junior hockey. He played in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) for the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada. After his junior career, he returned to France and played in the Ligue Magnus, the top professional ice hockey league in France.

He has been a member of several French clubs, including the Dragons de Rouen and the Angers Ducs.
