MYSM1AS1

MYSM1AS1, also known as MYSM1 antisense RNA 1, is a non-coding RNA transcribed from the antisense strand of the MYSM1 gene. The MYSM1 gene encodes a protein that functions as a histone deacetylase. The precise biological role of MYSM1AS1 is still under investigation, but it is believed to be involved in the regulation of MYSM1 gene expression through various mechanisms.
