Lelepa

Lelepa is a coastal village on the western shore of Efate Island, in Shefa Province, Vanuatu. It lies opposite Lelepa Island and is situated near Port Vila. The community is small and largely rural in character, with families engaged in subsistence farming and fishing.

The area is notable for Lelepa Cave, a nearby archaeological and cultural site that contains prehistoric rock art and evidence of early human habitation. The cave has been the subject of archaeological research and is preserved as part of local heritage, reflecting the long history of human occupation around Efate.
