Kohtumäärus

Kohtumäärus is a legal term in Estonian law referring to a court order. It is a judicial decision made by a court during a legal proceeding that is not a final judgment on the merits of the case. Kohtumäärus typically addresses procedural matters, interim issues, or specific requests made by the parties involved.

These orders can cover a wide range of situations.
