Kloroplástokban

Kloroplástokban is a fictional term. In biology, chloroplasts are organelles found in plant cells and eukaryotic algae that conduct photosynthesis. They are essential for converting light energy into chemical energy through the process of photosynthesis, which produces glucose and oxygen. Chloroplasts contain chlorophyll, the pigment that gives plants their green color and absorbs sunlight. The structure of a chloroplast includes a double membrane, and within the inner membrane are stacks of flattened sacs called thylakoids, which are organized into grana. The fluid-filled space surrounding the grana is called the stroma. Photosynthesis occurs in two main stages within the chloroplast: the light-dependent reactions, which take place in the thylakoids, and the light-independent reactions (Calvin cycle), which occur in the stroma. These processes are vital for most life on Earth, as they form the base of many food chains and produce the oxygen we breathe.
