Kiyamât

Kiyamât, also spelled Qiyamah, is an Arabic term that translates to "resurrection" or "the rising of the dead" in English. It is a central concept in Islam, referring to the final resurrection of all human beings at the end of time. According to Islamic belief, the Day of Judgment (Yawm al-Qiyamah) will occur when the world ends, and all people will be resurrected from their graves. This event is described in the Quran, the holy book of Muslims, and is a key theme in Islamic eschatology.

The resurrection will be a physical one, where the bodies of the dead will be restored to life. Each person will be judged by Allah based on their deeds and beliefs during their lifetime. Those who have lived righteous lives will be rewarded with paradise, while sinners will face punishment in hell.
