Kesäöljyn is a Finnish term that translates to "summer oil" and typically refers to a lighter type of motor oil designed for use in warmer weather conditions. In many parts of the world, particularly in regions with distinct summer seasons, the viscosity of engine oil needs to be adjusted to ensure optimal performance and protection. Summer oils are formulated to maintain a lower viscosity at higher operating temperatures compared to winter or all-season oils.
