Julkisille
Julkisille is a Finnish language form meaning “to the public” or “for the public.” It is the allative plural form of the adjective julkinen, which means public, and is used when indicating the recipient or target group in sentences that use an allative case. Because Finnish grammar requires agreement with a noun, julkisille typically appears before a plural noun in the allative case, or as part of a phrase where the explicit noun is understood from context. The singular counterpart is julkiselle, and the corresponding nominative form is julkiset (public) or julkinen (public) depending on context.
In practice, julkisille appears mainly in public communications, government or institutional texts, and in media discourse
Etymology: the form derives from julkinen (public) and the directional suffix -lle, producing an allative plural
