Jogalkotói

Jogalkotói is a term originating from Hungarian legal terminology. It translates roughly to "lawmaker" or "legislator" and refers to the body or entity responsible for creating and enacting laws within a given jurisdiction. In Hungary, this primary role is fulfilled by the Parliament (Országgyűlés).

The process of jogalkotói involves drafting legislative proposals, debating them, amending them as necessary, and ultimately voting on their passage. Once a bill is approved by the Parliament, it typically requires the signature of the President of Hungary to become law, although there are specific procedures and circumstances under which this can be bypassed or modified.
