Italiansuch is a proposed but unconfirmed genus of pterosaur, a type of extinct flying reptile. The name Italiansuch was first proposed by Italian paleontologist Fabio Dalla Vecchia in 2009. The fossils attributed to Italiansuch were discovered in the northeastern part of Italy, specifically in the Carnic Prealps region. These fossils are believed to date back to the Late Cretaceous period.

The description of Italiansuch is based on very fragmentary remains, including a portion of a jawbone and some limb bone fragments. Because of the limited fossil material, the precise classification and evolutionary relationships of Italiansuch remain uncertain. Dalla Vecchia suggested that it might have been a member of the Azhdarchidae family, a group of large, long-necked pterosaurs that were widespread during the Late Cretaceous. However, the scarcity of diagnostic features in the fossils makes definitive identification challenging.
