HvarfGrímspa is a mythical poem attributed to the ancient Norse skald Þjóðólfr of Hvinir, though its authenticity is debated among scholars. The poem's title translates roughly to "The Disappearance of Grimr," suggesting a narrative centered around a character named Grimr and an event of his vanishing. Surviving fragments of HvarfGrímspa are scarce, primarily found within later Norse sagas and Eddic collections, which makes a complete reconstruction of its story challenging.

The extant verses hint at a tale involving gods, heroes, or possibly a prominent chieftain. Some interpretations suggest Grimr might be a mythological figure, perhaps even an alias for a deity or a well-known hero whose exploits were later mythologized.
