HRHER2 refers to a subset of breast cancers that are both hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-positive (HER2+). Hormone receptor status indicates whether the cancer cells have receptors for estrogen and/or progesterone, which can fuel their growth.
