Guanosino
Guanosino is a less common term that can refer to several related chemical entities within the realm of biochemistry. Most frequently, it is used as an informal synonym for guanosine. Guanosine is a nucleoside, a building block of nucleic acids. It is composed of a guanine molecule, a purine base, linked to a ribose sugar. Guanosine is one of the four standard nucleosides found in RNA. In DNA, it is found as deoxyguanosine, where the sugar is deoxyribose.
In a broader sense, "guanosino" might also be used to denote derivatives or modified forms of guanosine.
Occasionally, "guanosino" might appear in contexts discussing compounds that are structurally similar to guanosine but possess
