Guaniininukleotidi, also known as guanine nucleotide, is a molecule consisting of guanine, a purine nucleobase, linked to a ribose or deoxyribose sugar and one or more phosphate groups. The most common guanine nucleotides are guanosine monophosphate (GMP), guanosine diphosphate (GDP), and guanosine triphosphate (GTP).

These compounds are fundamental building blocks for nucleic acids, DNA and RNA, where guanine pairs with cytosine.
