Gonádokat
Gonádokat is the Hungarian word for gonads. Gonads are the primary reproductive organs in animals. In males, the gonads are the testes, which produce sperm and male sex hormones like testosterone. In females, the gonads are the ovaries, which produce eggs and female sex hormones like estrogen and progesterone. These hormones play crucial roles in the development of secondary sexual characteristics and in regulating the reproductive cycle. Gonads are essential for sexual reproduction, as they are responsible for producing the gametes (sperm and eggs) that fuse to form a zygote, the first cell of a new organism. Their development and function are regulated by hormones from the pituitary gland, which in turn is controlled by the hypothalamus. Disorders affecting gonadal development or function can lead to infertility and other health issues.
