Gerónimo
Gerónimo, also known as Goyathlay, was a prominent leader of the Apache tribe in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Born around 1760, he was a member of the Chiricahua Apache tribe and became a significant figure in the Apache Wars, which took place in the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. Gerónimo is best known for his resistance against the United States government's efforts to remove the Apache from their traditional lands.
