GateTypen
GateTypen refers to the different categories or classifications of gates, particularly in the context of logic circuits and digital electronics. These typen are defined by their Boolean function, which dictates their output based on the combination of their inputs. The most fundamental gate typen include AND, OR, and NOT gates. An AND gate produces a high output only if all its inputs are high. An OR gate produces a high output if at least one of its inputs is high. A NOT gate, also known as an inverter, has a single input and produces the opposite output; if the input is high, the output is low, and vice versa.
Beyond these basic gates, other common gate typen include NAND (Not AND), NOR (Not OR), XOR (Exclusive
