Flóahreppur
Flóahreppur is a municipality located in southern Iceland, within the southern region. It was established on June 1, 2005, by the merger of the former municipalities of Hraungerðishreppur and Villingaholtshreppur. The municipality spans a significant area and encompasses a variety of landscapes, including farmland and coastal regions. The name "Flóahreppur" itself refers to the historical area of Flói, which is characterized by its low-lying, flat terrain.
