EHandSchweißen
EHandSchweißen, also known as manual metal arc welding (MMAW) or shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), is a common and versatile welding process. It uses a consumable electrode coated in flux to lay the weld. An electric arc is generated between the electrode and the workpiece, melting both. The flux coating on the electrode vaporizes and forms a protective gas shield around the molten weld pool, preventing atmospheric contamination. It also produces slag, which further protects the cooling weld and is later chipped away.
This welding technique is widely used in various industries due to its simplicity, portability, and relatively
