Duktussystem

The ductus system, also known as the ductal system, is a network of ducts or channels found in various biological organisms, primarily in the context of the reproductive and excretory systems. These ducts serve as conduits for the transport of fluids, secretions, or other substances from one part of the body to another.

In the reproductive system, the ductus system includes structures such as the vas deferens in males and the fallopian tubes in females. These ducts play a crucial role in the transport of sperm and eggs, respectively, and are essential for the process of fertilization.
