He is one of the antagonists that Goku and his friends face during the movie "Dragon Ball Z: Lord Slug". Dhruva is depicted as a strong fighter who wields a scythe as his primary weapon. He is ultimately defeated by Goku. The spelling "Dialaa" is a less common transliteration of the character's name.
