Deoxynukleotidvorräte
Deoxynukleotidvorräte are the building blocks of DNA. They are composed of a deoxyribose sugar, a phosphate group, and one of four nitrogenous bases: adenine (A), guanine (G), cytosine (C), or thymine (T). These deoxynucleotides, also known as dNTPs (deoxyribonucleoside triphosphates), exist in their triphosphate form within the cell. The cell maintains a pool of these deoxynucleotides, which are essential for DNA replication, repair, and transcription.
The availability and regulation of deoxynucleotide pools are critical for genomic stability. During DNA replication, DNA
