Debal
Debal is a town in the Donetsk Oblast of eastern Ukraine, located approximately 10 kilometers south of Donetsk city. It is situated on the right bank of the Krynka River, a tributary of the Kalmius River. The town has a population of around 10,000 people and is known for its industrial activities, particularly in the metallurgical and chemical sectors. Debal is also notable for its historical significance, as it was the site of the Battle of Debal in 1918, a key event in the Ukrainian War of Independence.
